All Twisted Bliss It's All About the Dog items are made to order by hand. Our lead times vary due to our current work load and volume . We work very hard to be timely but life happens. Production time on all items is 4-6 weeks, please feel free to email me with questions on your order. Orders are completed in the order they are received. I take pride in supplying you with a quality product for you & your dog to enjoy. In most cases the process is timely. Extra Fluffy, extra Fun! Try one, or maybe two!! One in the house and one for the field..why not? These tugs are made with real Icelandic sheepskin imported from Poland, colors may vary. You can make a color request in the notes section but color is not guaranteed.
Please note: sheepskin varies in thickness. Some tugs appear big and fluffy while others appear smaller and thinner. It just depends on how dense the fur is. I cut the same size hide for each one.
You can add crackle for an additional fee, keep in mind that due to the density of this type of fur the crackle sound will be muted more than with a thinner fur tug.
**Reminder: This is real fur, they are a natural product and will vary in size/strength/etc. I do my best to secure it to the webbing. Please do not leave this tug or any other tug toy with your dog/puppy unattended. Save this for those special moments, as a surprise! Fur can be easily destroyed. Not intended for strong, head shaking, teeth ripping tuggers. Refunds will not be given for breakage of natural products.
