Return/Refund Policy
CUSTOM ORDERS: All custom orders are final - no return or refunds.
Once proof is approved for custom logo artwork or embroidery no changes can be made.
All custom tug and leash orders are Final - No Returns or Refunds. Due to the custom nature of these items they are all made to order.
Dog Treats: We do not accept returns on dog treats. However, in the rare event that your order arrives defective, please take photos of the product in question and email us at twistedbliss4dogs@gmail.com
Refunds (if applicable)
No refunds on any custom item. All Sales are final.
The refund, return, repair, replace time limit to notify us and receive product is 30 days. After 30 days from the date of purchase your product cannot be returned for a refund. You can return for repairs with a cost to you, price determined at time of receipt/inspection.
If you have an item that breaks or is damaged that is our fault, we will replace or repair the item. We at Twisted Bliss stand by our products and only want to give you the best product possible. Please email us a picture to address the situation more easily.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund, repair or replacement will be processed. A refund credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-14 days. If repaired or replaced, you will be notified when your item is being returned.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at twistedbliss4dogs@gmail.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at twistedbliss4dogs@gmail.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
